1. Download the POWER JAN mobile app from Google Play or the App Store.

4. Find the nearest station on the map.
5. Scan the QR code on the station.
6. Retrieve the external battery from the station.

3. Insert the external battery into an empty slot in the station*.
*If the timer in the application does not stop after 30 seconds, check your internet connection and reopen the application. If the timer continues to register, please contact us at the phone number 0 752 180 088.

Therefore, you can charge any gadget that uses one of these types of cables.
You can rent only one battery. If you already have one rented and haven’t returned it yet, you won’t be able to rent another one.
Check the cable connection, it’s possible it may not have been fully inserted. If it doesn’t work, return the battery and try another one. And if the issue persists, please contact us. Our team will assist you.
Please ensure that the battery is fully inserted into the appropriate slot, and if this doesn’t work, try another available slot. Upon successful insertion, you should hear a clicking sound and see the slot indicator light up. Consequently, the rental time will stop. If the above steps fail, kindly get in touch with the in-app customer support team through the “Help” section.
